  • 1 cup of kale
  • 3 cups of watermelon, cubed and seeds removed
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Instructions

1. Wash the kale leaves.

2. Prepare the Watermelon. Cut a ripe watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. You can use a seedless watermelon to make this step easier.

3. Blend the Ingredients until smooth.
