SALMON RECIPE QUICK, EASY, HEALTHY IN AN AIR FRYER

Quick, easy and healthy, this air fryer salmon dinner recipe is perfect as a crisp weeknight dinner your whole family will love. I’m not a big fan of air fried food, but in case of fatty fish such as salmon, an air fryer salmon can be even better than a baked and oven roasted salmon. Super crisp and delicious!

It’s well known fact that the salmon (unfortunately for the salmons) is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. This makes it a great food for kids and adults with at least 1 serving per week.

Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality protein, an excellent source of B vitamins, loaded with selenium, and antioxidants. It’s a great brain food for young children.

So give it a try, when you don’t really have time to cook!

Ingredients for quick, easy, healthy air fryer salmon dinner

This salmon dinner recipe is perfect for minimalists chefs. All you need is

  • Fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • optionally pinch of salt and tiny bit of fresh lemon juice.

I usually, consider that a single portion is about 3 and 4 ounces of salmon fillet for a child and between 5 and 7 ounces for an adult.

As a side dish you can serve with quick and easy mashed potatoes, peas, green beans or whatever you like.

Instructions Salmon Recipe

Put the salmon fillet in the air fryer and brush it with the olive oil and optionally pinch of salt and a tsp of fresh lemon juice.

Set the air fryer to the recommended temperature and time for fresh fish. My air fryer needs to be set to 200C (392F) for 15-20 minutes. We like it more crisp, so we set the time to 20 minutes.

In the 20 min, we prepare the sidedish. That’s it!
