The perfect yummy, healthy toddler snack and dessert to any meal. Taste like a candy, but it is a vitamin loaded toddler meal. Perfect for the summer and a preferred choice over ice cream.

Unbelievable, that you need only 2 minutes to make it. So here is our secret:

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl for Toddlers

Yummy, tasty, cool and creamy

Ingredients

  • 3-4 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp yogurt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until you have a smooth texture.
  2. Put the smoothie in a small dessert glass or a bowl for your little one.

You can basically use any frozen fruit to make a smoothie bowl. We have been making it with raspberries, blackberries, peaches, cherries. However, strawberry is yummy and Aiden just loves it.

If you want to add some more fiber and nutrients, add one tbsp oats to the smoothie bowl and blend together. It tastes almost like having candy for breakfast.
