1/2 cup powdered brown sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
2-3 tbsp baking powder (we used gluten-free Dr. Oetker backing powder)
1/2 cup butter, approx. 100 g butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp yogurt
That’s it!
Instructions

Just blend all ingredients in a big bowl until fluffy and smooth.
Then pour the batter into a muffin form. We always use backing paper, but you can just put some butter on the form.
Bake for 10-15 minutes on a medium. Take out and let it cool down.
Serve with milk! Great toddler snack.
